Our Response to COVID-19

UPDATES AND PRECAUTIONS DUE TO CORONAVIRUS 3.28.20

The health and safety of our staff and customers is always our top concern. We are taking the following steps to help protect all visitors and employees from the spread of the Covid-19 virus:

Our NH showrooms are open, but you can also shop by phone or online and we are offering curbside delivery to your home or work. Whatever is best for you. All service department functions remain available, including parts, recalls, inspections, diagnostics, detailing, auto body and scheduled maintenance. You can schedule your appointment by phone or online.  We will meet you outside to accept your vehicle for service and it will be available for you to pick up with minimal person to person contact.

We have increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleaning and sanitization efforts across our dealerships and facilities. Special attention is given to high touch points such as door handles, chairs, desks, phones and vehicles, which are wiped down and disinfected multiple times per day.  Our waiting areas have seating at least 6 feet apart.

Our service technicians will wipe down and disinfect door handles, steering wheels and other areas of your vehicle that they come in contact with. 

Our employees are practicing good hygiene - frequent hand washing and social distancing - and eliminating nonessential travel.

We have instructed all staff to stay home if they exhibit any signs of sickness and to report any exposure to a suspected case of COVID-19. Similarly, we ask that our vendors and customers postpone their visits if they do not feel well or believe they may have been exposed to someone with a suspected case of COVID-19.

We want to remind you that you can always shop for a car, schedule service or connect with us for any reason via email, phone, text or chat. We are prepared to serve you in the safest and most convenient way possible.
